Shipping Area

We currently ship orders to the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary and Romania. 

Shipping Methods

Orders are delivered via Zásilkovna.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 3 business days after payment is received. Processing time may be increased for "made to order" products and that is clearly specified on the product details.

Orders placed on weekends or Czech public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is 1–3 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times may vary depending on the carrier and destination.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.

Free shipping may be offered for orders above a specified amount (if applicable).

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if available).
