Terms of service

1. General

These Terms & Conditions govern the contractual relationship between the seller and the customer in accordance with applicable laws of the Czech Republic.

2. Orders

By placing an order, the customer confirms that all provided information is accurate and agrees to these Terms & Conditions.

3. Prices & Payment

All prices are listed by default in CZK and are not subjected to VAT. The website offers the option to see the prices in the local market currency, the exchange rate is set by Shopify. Payment must be completed before the order is dispatched.

4. Delivery

Delivery terms and costs are specified during checkout. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed.

5. Withdrawal from Contract

Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, in accordance with Czech law.

6. Complaints

Any complaints must be submitted without undue delay after the issue is discovered.

7. Final Provisions

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
